Terms of Service

By using the Wasit Seller Hub ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person may not maintain multiple seller accounts.

2. Seller Responsibilities

  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Product listings must be accurate and not misleading
  • You must not list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items
  • You are responsible for setting fair and competitive prices

3. Commission and Payouts

Wasit charges a commission on each sale. Commission rates are displayed in your Seller Hub dashboard. Payouts are processed according to the settlement schedule shown in the Payouts section. Wasit reserves the right to hold payouts if fraud or policy violations are suspected.

4. Store Management

Wasit provides you with a storefront subdomain. We reserve the right to suspend or remove stores that violate these terms, receive excessive customer complaints, or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your store branding and content. By using the platform, you grant Wasit a license to display your store and listings to customers. Wasit retains all rights to the platform software, design, and infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wasit is provided "as is". We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the commissions paid to Wasit in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination, pending payouts will be processed according to the standard settlement schedule. Wasit may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
